I had the pleasure of experiencing Brooke Douglas. My son was not bouncing back like his little brother when sickness hit our household. I felt so bad making him get out of bed to go to the doctor so my mom suggested trying telehealth. I googled and found a phone number and was blessed with the kindness and professionalism of Brooke Douglas. She was such  breath of fresh air for a new experience for both my son and I. She made us feel so comfortable and taken care of. She asked thorough questions and listened to our needs. She was able to get a prescription right over to the pharmacy which I picked up within the hour. Twelve hours from the first dose, I could finally see my sweet baby was on the upside of this horrible sickness. I credit that to Brooke’s  kindness and educated decision on the path to make my baby feel better. Brooke was absolutely amazing and I have saved her info for the next time. I am so grateful to have found Dr. Brooke! I have 5 kids at home and it is never easy to load everyone up and go to the doctors office. This is so convenient! I have came for my teens acne, kiddos eczema and babies eye/ear infections. Dr. Brooke asks questions, gets clarification and makes sure I am happy with the treatment plan. I wish I would have done this sooner. I live in a rural area,  I didn’t want to drive into town and wait in a waiting room when  My son had an infection. Brooke is SO amazing! She went ABOVE AND BEYOND to get my little one healthy. We did an appointment with her when he had symptoms and like always, she was so helpful and it was so fast to get him an appointment. She told me after the appointment to reach out to her in a couple of days to let her know how he was doing, which means the world to me. When we had issues at an ER in Pueblo West, after his symptoms weren’t improving, Brooke came through for my son unlike any other doctor we have seen. She and I were texting back and forth through the whole ER visit, even though it was a Saturday. When the ER failed us, Brooke helped us get the right medicine to heal him. Her generosity to help us on a weekend and the kindness of checking in on him daily through his illness, is something we can’t get anywhere else. She truly cares about, not only your kids, and healing them, but she cares about you as a parent dealing with a sick kiddo too. I will only ever go to Brooke for my son the first sign of an issue. I had a visit with Brooke Douglas today and she was so helpful. We couldn’t get in to my daughter’s regular pediatricians office today and I was able to make an appt with Brooke within the hour. Without going too much into it, we needed a medical certificate filled out and she got it taken care of for us immediately, had it filled out and sent to the recipient so quickly, which was amazing because I’m sure we’ve all had to have things filled out at a doctors office that took much longer than we would have liked- she even stayed in contact to make sure we got what we needed afterwards. She was so kind and understanding and helpful that if she wasn’t just doing telehealth currently, I would totally switch to use her for my daughters well visits. I’m definetly going to remember her for anything in between my daughters in person visits. She made a situation I was very stressed about turn into a pleasant and easy experience!
